Unfortunately, though, every step you take to the wrong direction (knowingly or not) limits you reaching your full potential. And too many steps in the wrong direction might eventually lead to a place full of lifestyle (also known as mismatch or non-communicable) diseases.

 

Fortunately for you, now is always the best time to start and take all those steps to the right direction again. The longer you walk in the right direction, the closer you will come to reach your full potential and to set you up for life full of energy, health, and performance.

WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BECOME A FIT SAPIENS?

Fit Sapiens is a wordplay crossover between the word Fit from “survival of the fittest” – those that are best adapted – and the word Sapiens from our species, Homo Sapiens, the “wise man”.

 

But why would we need any “wise adaptations” in the first place? Because within generations we radically changed our lifestyle and environments, which we now need to realign to what our bodies evolved for over millions of years.
